John and Debe Plummer are third-generation Vermont Maple Syrup Producers and have been making pure Vermont maple syrup for over 40 years. Fun Fact: the Inn uses their maple syrup for our delicious country breakfast!

Dating back to 1945, Mitch’s Maples Sugar House is open daily and we produce and sell pure Vermont maple products including maple syrup, maple candy, and maple cream. During the sugaring season, we boil and give tours on the weekends, weather permitting.
