Rates are subject to change without notice.
Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full hot breakfast each morning.
Additional persons in a room require a $45 per person/per night charge.
(There is no additional charge for children 5 years and younger)
Room rates are subject to Vermont State Rooms & Meals tax which is currently 9% and a $10 daily service staff gratuity.
A $20 Resort Fee and 6% Vermont State Sales tax per room, per night will be added to each guest(s) room bill. The Resort Fee provides you and your guest(s) access to our Stay Inclusive Amenities:
*Stay Inclusive Amenities: Morning coffee service, afternoon refreshments in the Main Lobby, use of our community fitness center, game room, high speed internet access, and trail system year-round. Other activities are seasonally dictated. Our winter stay-inclusive activities are cross-country ski and snowshoe trail passes, rental skis, snowshoes, and tubes for snow tubing. Summer stay-inclusive activities are our road bikes, mountain bikes, fat bikes, swimming pond, disc golf, and tennis court.
A minimum of two nights is required if your stay includes a holiday or during peak foliage. Please inquire prior to booking by calling (802) 843-2248.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4 PM.
Check-out is 11 AM. A late check-out is subject to a $50 fee.
Deposits
To confirm and secure a reservation, The Grafton Inn requires a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay for two nights or longer, non-package reservations. One-night stays and package reservations will be charged 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking the canceled room, thus The Grafton Inn has the following 21–day cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur within 21 days of arrival will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. All refunds outside of the 21 days are subject to a credit card processing fee equal to $50. Should it be necessary to arrive late, depart early or cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your stay as originally booked.
Pet Policy & Fees
A selection of our rooms and Guest Houses are available as dog friendly. Canines are welcome at a one-time charge per stay of $50, per pet. We must be notified upon making a reservation and pets must be registered at the time of check-in. Please view our complete pet policy – The Grafton Inn Pet Policy and Registration (PDF). This policy must be acknowledged and registered with the Inn at the time of check-in.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking inn. Noncompliance will result in a $100 surcharge. This includes vaping.
