Rates are subject to change without notice.

Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full hot breakfast each morning.
Additional persons in a room requires a $45 per night extra person charge.
(There is no additional charge for children 5 years and younger)
Pack ‘N Plays are available at no additional charge.

Room rates are subject to Vermont State Rooms & Meals tax which is currently 9% and a $6.00 daily service staff gratuity.

A $15 Resort Fee and 6% Vermont State Sales tax per room, per night will be added to each guest(s) room bill.  The Resort Fee provides you and your guest(s) access to our stay inclusive amenities.*

*Stay Inclusive Amenities: These amenities include morning coffee service, afternoon refreshments in the Main Lobby, use of our community fitness center, game room, high speed internet access, and trail system year-round.  Other activities are seasonally dictated.  Our winter stay inclusive activities are cross country ski & snowshoe trail passes, rental skis, snowshoes, tubes for snow tubing. Summer stay inclusive activities are our road bikes, mountain bikes, fat bikes, swimming pond, paddleboats, disc golf, stand-up paddle boards, tennis court, volleyball court and lawn games.

A minimum of two nights is required if your stay includes a holiday or during peak foliage.

Check-in time begins at 4PM

Check-out is 11AM.  A late check-out is subject to a $50 fee.

To confirm and secure a reservation, The Grafton Inn requires a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay for two-nights or longer, non-package reservations. One-night stays and package reservations will be charged 100% of deposit.

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking the cancelled room, thus the Grafton Inn has the following 21day cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur within 21 days of arrival will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. All refunds outside of the 21 days are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $25. Should it be necessary to arrive late, depart early or cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your stay as originally booked.

A selection of our rooms and Guest Houses are available as dog friendly.
Canines are welcome at a one-time charge per stay of $50, per pet.
We must be notified upon making a reservation and pets must be registered at the time of check-in.

We are a non-smoking inn. Noncompliance will result in a $100 surcharge.
This includes vaping.
