1801 Tavern

Located within the Main Inn, the 1801 Tavern (formerly the Old Tavern Restaurant) puts the taste of Vermont right at your fingertips. Chef Cal Hingston and his team proudly present rotating seasonal menus featuring bold dishes, prepared with the freshest local ingredients and plated to perfection. As a farm-to-table restaurant and member of the Vermont Fresh Network, the food we serve will always be prepared with ingredients sourced from local and sustainable purveyors throughout New England (and sometimes, straight from our own gardens!).
